Our founders' journey began with a shared realization: BCBAs, the dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, often lack the resources and support they need to achieve their full career potential. Too often, these skilled clinicians are confined to rigid corporate structures that stifle their creativity and limit their professional growth.

 

Determined to change this, our team set out to create a platform that would empower BCBAs to become their own bosses. Drawing on their extensive experience in business development, finance, and ABA therapy, they developed a comprehensive support system designed to help BCBAs build and manage their own successful ABA therapy practices.
